Mermelada de kiwi y uva

mermelada de kiwi  uva


Kiwis, 1/4 kilo
Uvas, 1/2 kilo
Azúcar, 400 gramos
Licor de uva, 2 cucharadas


Lavar bien las frutas. Pelar los kiwisy cortarlos en trozos. Pasar las uvas por un tamiz.  Colocar todos los ingredientes en una cacerola y cocinar a fuego suave hasta lograr una  preparación espesa a punto mermelada (se obtiene a 108° C). Retirarla del fuego y dejarla  enfriar sin destaparla. Envasarla en un frasco esterilizado. Tapar y esterilizar durante 20  minutos. Esta conserva dura 3 meses, una vez abierta, guardarla en la heladera para que  mantenga sus propiedades.
