Pejerrey a la marinera



4 filetes de pejerrey grandes o de brótola
1/2 taza de harina
3 huevos
Aceite para freir, cantidad necesaria
1 taza de leche
Sal y pimienta, a gusto
1 kilo de papas
2 dientes de ajo
1/2 taza de perejil picado


Mezclar la leche, los huevos, la harina, la sal y la pimienta en un bol hasta obtener una  pasta lisa. Dejar pasar 1/2 hora. Limpiar y sacar las espinas a los filetes. Sumergirlos  por la pasta y freirlos en abundante aceite caliente. Cortar las papas en rodajas finas,  con la cáscara, y freirlas. Picar el ajo y mezclarlo con el perejil picado junto con una  cucharada de aceite de oliva. colocar en una fuente de servir los filetes y acompañar con  las papas rociadas con la mezcla de ajo y perejil.
