INGREDIENTES:
Lomo de cerdo cortado en bifes finos, 500 gramos
Sal, a gusto
Jugo de 1 limón
Pimienta, a gusto
Dientes de ajo picados,3
Zanahorias ralladas, 2
Panes árabes o fugazas, 5
Lechuga cortada en Juliana, 1 planta
Ricota compacta o queso cottage, 300 gramos
PREPARACIÓN:
Condimentar la carne con sal y jugo de limón. Cocinarla bien de ambos lados en una sartén. Retirarla, agregarle pimienta y ajo, y reservarla al calor. En la misma sartén, cocinar las zanahorias con unas gotas de agua.
ARMADO:
Abrir los panes al medio y colocar un poco de lechuga sobre una parte de cada pieza. Incorporar la carne, las zanahorias y la ricota o queso cottage, previamente salpimentados a gusto. Cubrir cada pieza con la rebanada de pan correspondiente y servir de inmediato.
