Salmón a la mostaza y pimientas

INGREDIENTES:

•  2 filetes grandes de salmón
•  jugo de 1 limón
•  2 cucharadas. de mostaza en pasta
•  1 cucharada de aceite de oliva

PARA EL CRUNCH:

•  2 cucharadas. de granos de mostaza
•  3 cucharadas de semillas de girasol
•  1 cucharada de mix de pimientas en grano (rosa, blanca, negra, verde, de Cayena)
•  Sal a gusto

PREPARACIÓN:

Lavar, cortar en mitades y dejar los filetes durante 15 minutos en el jugo de limón. Poner las semillas del crunch en un mortero y aplastarlas. Untar los filetes con la mostaza por una de sus caras y cubrirlos con el crunch. Calentar el aceite y cocinar el salmón 2 minutos por el lado del crunch y luego, a fuego mediano, 4 minutos más. Servilo acompañado por papas al vapor, hojas de radicchio y un hilo de aceite de oliva aromatizado con tomillo.
