Ingredientes:
6 bifes angostos
Sal y pimienta, a gusto
1/2 pocillo de aceite
6 dientes de ajo picados
1/2 taza de agua caliente
3 manzanas rojas chicas
1 cucharada sopera de hojas de hinojo o eneldo picado
Preparación:
Salpimentar los bifes y dorarlos de ambos lados en una cacerola con aceite. Incorporar los dientes de ajo, el agua y las manzanas. Cocinar la preparación durante 5 minutos a partir de que rompió el hervor. Espolvorearle las hojas de hinojo o eneldo y retirarla del fuego. Servirla de inmediato.
